In this context, we are looking for an experienced Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) Consultant. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions.As a Consultant in our Intelligent Asset Management practice, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to:

• Accelerate digital transformation journey for our clients in the areas of Asset Integrity / Reliability and Intelligent Asset Maintenance, through innovative solutions, including AI-led solutions

• Reimagine manufacturing and materials processing with the power of AI-led insights, enabling Operations and Business realize higher operational efficiencies

• Leverage intelligence to drive greater insights, as well as personalize experiences and optimize performance

WORK YOU'LL DO:

• Responsible for providing functional consulting in Asset Management and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key IAM processes like Incident management, Process Analysis including also Product Safety.

• Support the design, configuration, and technical implementation of IAM solutions with additional focus on data-driven asset management solutions, such as digital twins.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements. Prepare project & resource plan and cost estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.

• Support the development of Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in IAM.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.

• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.

• Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the IAM domain.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes; postgraduate studies preferred)

• Relevant work experience of 3-7 years in asset management implementation, maintenance execution, or reliability engineering.

• Exposure to EAM platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle) and digital transformation projects.

• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred.

• Experience in data analysis, risk assessment, and performance optimization in asset-intensive environments

Key skills:

• Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.

• Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management, oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Knowledge of IoT, Analytics and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement

• Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlick View etc. is an added advantage

• Knowledge of the use of AI-Gen AI in IAM will be a plus point.
