Project Role Description: Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).

Summary:

As a Security Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for Monitoring, troubleshooting supporting project implementations, address any challenges that arise, and facilitate communication among team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Cyber Ark PAM infrastructure (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, Vault,).
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability of AD/Azure/Cyber Ark components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to Cyber Ark/AD/AZURE .
• Assist with user lifecycle management, including onboarding/offboarding automation, group management, and access reviews.
  -- Support the implementation and maintenance of Entra ID / Azure Active Directory and on-prem Active Directory services in hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage features like SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), and PIM
• Implement minor configuration changes as per change management processes.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IAM, and Infrastructure teams for incident response and improvements.
• Lead patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain documentation of operational procedures and technical configurations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as: Low-Level Design (LLD), Configuration runbooks, Operational procedures.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting
• In-depth Knowledge Microsoft ADFS and proxy servers, creation of RPT s
• Working Knowledge on Azure AD Connect and Azure AD
• Deep knowledge on MS PKI ( CRL , OCSP)
• Hands on experience on Core AD technologies ( group policy , Kerberos , DFSR)
• Strong knowledge of PAM Cyber Ark Core PAS Vault, DR, CPM,PVWA, PSM, PSMP, HTML5 GW, AAM and PTA implementation.
• Coordinate with vendor in troubleshooting issues and complete the new requirements.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, security principles, standards and techniques.
• PowerShell scripting, Windows and Linux system administration.
• Vendor coordination, Application upgrade, migration and patch deployment and Cyber Ark Application Stabilization.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in managing security projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to analyze security risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
