JOB DESCRIPTION – SAP Success Factors Employee Central (Data Migration Focused)

• Key Responsibilities – Data Migration
• Lead migration design workshops and document migration approach
• Own mock load cycles (Mock 1 / Mock 2 / Dress Rehearsal / Prod)
• Coordinate extraction, transformation, and EC data loads
• Drive data reconciliation, variance analysis, and defect management
• Support cutover execution and post-go-live data stabilization
• Technical Experience – Data Migration
• Hands-on with EC data import templates and mass upload tools
• Experience migrating active, inactive, and historical employee data
• Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects, MDF, Job & Position structures
• Experience with Instance Sync and integration-dependent data loads
• Ability to analyze load errors and apply corrective actions
