Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and applying design principles to enhance usability. You will also engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the design solutions, ultimately leading to a more intuitive and effective user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Digital Content Delivery.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Ability to create user personas and journey maps.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Content Delivery.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
