Skill required:

Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide, pillars (transparency, inspection, adaptation), and other frameworks like Kanban or XP.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Servant Leadership: Prioritizing the team's needs, fostering trust, and leading by influence rather than authority.
Facilitation & Communication: Ability to guide productive discussions and bridge communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
Conflict Resolution: Neutral mediation to handle disagreements constructively and maintain a healthy team dynamic.
Technical Awareness: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tools.
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Agile project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Certifications: Industry-standard credentials like CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) are typically required

Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate technical or organizational blockers that hinder the team s progress.
Coach & Mentor: Guide the team and Product Owner on Scrum theory and Agile practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Protect the Team: Shield the team from outside interruptions and unmanaged scope creep during active sprints.
Support the Product Owner: Assist with backlog refinement and effective Product Goal definition.
Track Progress: Use metrics like Velocity and Burndown charts to monitor team performance and transparency.
