Summary:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's reputation and the client's strategy through your deep technical knowledge and effective communication skills. Your role will also include mentoring team members and contributing to the overall success of delivery engagements, ensuring that emerging ideas are brought to life in a meaningful way.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Compensation.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with change management principles.

Additional Information:
