Project Role Description: Apply industry and AI expertise to build data and AI strategy, business case and roadmap to identify AI value opportunities across the business value chain. Create Data & AI platform and capabilities blueprint, target operating model including implications for larger talent strategy.

Summary:

As an AI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will apply your industry and artificial intelligence expertise to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies. Your typical day will involve identifying AI value opportunities across the business value chain, creating a detailed business case, and formulating a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. You will also work on designing a Data and AI platform and capabilities blueprint, while considering the implications for a broader talent strategy. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving innovation within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Python (Advanced): especially in:

• Creating and managing virtual environments
• Dependency management and package installation using pip
• uv for ultra-fast Python package installation (Will be a plus).

1. GenAI Frameworks:

• Experience with Lang Chain, including tool creation, custom agents, vectorstores, retrieval pipelines, and structured outputs.
• Familiarity with Lang Graph for building stateful agent workflows and multi-step orchestration using nodes.
• Model Integration: Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability best practices.

1. API Development:

• Building RESTful services using Flask (or FastAPI).
• Structuring API endpoints, authentication, and efficient request handling.

1. Databases:

• Strong SQL knowledge, schema design, relational modeling, stored procedures, and integration with Python ORMs (SQLAlchemy preferred).
• Experience managing Azure SQL or equivalent.

1. Cloud & DevOps (Azure Preferred)

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles.
• Experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions in a business context.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their application in AI strategy.
  -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues
  -Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers..

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
