Summary:
As a Product Management Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving and developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, building strong partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of products, balancing speed with quality to meet market demands. Your role will require you to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring that the product not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and modern software delivery pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and grow multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven experience managing or leading Agile squads in a delivery environment.
