Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.
• Create process flow diagrams and business process models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of business solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
