Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are both effective and efficient. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to emerging trends will be key components of your role, as you strive to improve the overall user experience and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong Java expertise (Java 8 21 migration experience is a plus)

• Spring Boot + Spring Batch, SQL

• Web Services / J2EE

• DevOps & CI/CD (Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/Azure Pipelines)

• Application servers (Tomcat, Web Sphere)

• Cloud basics: Azure & AWS (IAM, networking, storage, compute, observability, secrets mgmt)

• Independent problem analysis & resolution across distributed systems

• Secure coding, vulnerability remediation

• AI Development Tooling (Highly Valued)

• Experience using GitHub Copilot / Copilot Chat

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, embeddings, basic RAG concepts

• Ability to use LLM tooling to accelerate testing, refactoring, documentation, and debugging

Responsibilities:

• Implement and modernize backend & frontend services (Keyport institutional payments)
• Contribute to bank integration activities (incl. SWIFT/ISO related data flows)
• Drive migration from Java 8/Tomcat 9 Java 21/Tomcat 10
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure high quality, secure releases
• Optimize performance for high volume payment processing
• Collaborate with DevOps, architects, and product teams

• Kafka, React, Kubernetes
• Experience with GenAI, RAG frameworks, or vector search
• Financial services / payments domain exposure

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services to support application deployment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
