Accenture´s Industry Consulting group is looking for a Senior Manager who will be part of a well-established consultant team in Stavanger. In collaboration with experienced colleagues, the new Senior Manager will become a trusted partner of our clients, guiding them in the energy transition and digital reinvention.

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise. The role is part of the Nordic Resources Strategy & Consulting team with key objective to grow the practice and business in Stavanger.

Job description

• People lead for talents in the energy industry consultant group
• Lead several cross-functional teams and deliveries for energy clients
• Drive sales and lead RFP responses related to energy clients
• Lead internal competency development to enable innovation by drive adoption of new technology and industry changes
• Drive internal social and professional client events as Accenture sponsored events such as ONS and Level gatherings
• Member of the Norwegian and Nordic management team of resources in industry consulting group
• Member of the Stavanger management team cross functions and services.

Requirements

• Min 8-12 years of relevant working experience in industry consultancy
• Proven track record from supporting transformations in the industry, and you know what it takes to further grow and build a practice
• Proven commercial results in sales and deliveries to clients
• Exemplified feedback of your strong leadership skills and project experience with internal teams, clients and multi-vendor collaborations
• Newly conducted relevant courses and certifications showcasing upskilling or reskilling
• Driven, ambitious, analytical, positive and proactive personality type
• Master’s degree in relevant subjects such as strategy, economics, energy, etc.
