What would you do? Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model.
Looking for someone with SOX testing experience.
A SOX compliance audit is intended to verify the financial statements of the company, and the processes involved in creating them. During the audit, the financial statements and management of internal controls are analyzed and assessed by an external auditor. The audit report must be made available to relevant parties.What are we looking for? SOX Control testing

  • Delivery Operations Control
  • Finance and Accounting Controls Roles and Responsibilities: •Assist in SOX transformation efforts including testing of control design and operating effectiveness, re-verifying testing procedures, enhancement of process narratives and maps, and identification of automation opportunity scope.
  • Support governance over ’s SOX PRC (Process, Risks, and Controls) framework, through interactions with first line business stakeholders globally.
  • Support and lead annual process walkthroughs, including design and maintenance of process narratives and maps.
  • Support managers in review of controls and help team in the TOE effort while resolving their initial queries.
  • Execute on end to end testing plan, including execution of yearly testing procedures, resource management, identification of control deficiencies (design or operational), management of issue escalations, and monitoring of resolution.
  • Maintain on-going communication with internal and external auditors including alignment on SOX planning, walkthroughs/testing, audit requests, and deficiency evaluation.
  • Prepare executive management and Audit Committee materials highlighting overall SOX progress and result.
