THE WORK

You are a true innovator, visionary and problem solver in the field of Engineering and Construction. You look at large projects and assets from ideation to construction to their end-of-life by using the power of data and digital ingenuity to help our clients redefine the products they make and how they make them. Your vision for value starts with the asset journey, extends across the entire lifecycle, leading to greater performance, reliability, and sustainability. You touch the asset lifecycle every step of the way:

• How assets are designed and engineered

• How assets are constructed, modified and (de)commissioned

• People:

• You will work with C-level executives, project directors and senior leaders in multiple domains touching the entire capital project delivery

• You are the linking pin between the Owner/Operator team and Engineering Procurement and Construction teams, and, in certain cases, act as independent project management consultant on behalf of the client. And based on your experience, you can take a leading role and be responsible for the project management office and or integration of multiple partners.

• Processes:

• Part of your remit is to manage the capital project delivery processes and programs so that our client can monetarize its investment getting the asset online quickly. You will strive to make the processes controllable and ensure project will be delivered safely within time and budget.

• Technology:

• Enabling Accenture’s digital assets for capital projects to ensure projects will be executed safely within time, budget and limited risks at the right quality level..

• Having clear understanding of the purpose and way of working of key project delivery applications like P6 primavera, 3D design tools and (engineering) data management tooling.

• Data:

• Driving utilization and usage of high-quality data thorough the whole process for fact and data-driven decision making

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital projects management, asset management, construction execution, project management, and/or project controls

• Minimum 5 years of Functional experience with capital project execution systems such as Portfolio, Engineering Data, Construction or Maintenance Management solutions

• Experience and a track record in the Dutch capital project domain

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Teams/Share Point, Projects, PowerPoint, Word

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experiences in the international capital project delivery space

• Valid certificates to work on large on- and offshore construction sites

• You have 5+ years of relevant consulting experience
