What would you do? BASIC PURPOSE Offer a professional approach to interact with and support US
Foods vendors and sales organization to deliver exceptional customer service experience. Provide support
approving the Credit & Debit invoices. Effectively communicate with Requestors, Finance dept, Sales team,
Merchandizing, Operations, Credit, etc. Our Customer Contact Teams are responsible for reviewing and
approving Credit & Debit invoices through Service Requests raised by Customer contact The order entry
team places orders on behalf of seller’s basis the details shared in the Service Request (SR) This ensures
that the CDMR coordinators can verify the requests and approve the credit or debit invoices.
During the
verification process, accuracy and following the Desktop procedure is holds key which will lead to Customer
satisfaction Daily Operations – 100% Focus on the timely and accurate completion of high-volume
customer support transactions including, but not limited to:

  • Verify requests by ensuring all customer
    details, product quantities, and delivery times are accurate, and that supporting documents are attached •
    Timely and accurately processing Credit & Debit memos • Work with finance teams on credit requests • Co
    ordinate inquiries with appropriate teams (Finance, Requestor, Sales/Market etc ), as needed.
  • Open to
    Night Shifts (US Time Zone) Education/Training:

Graduate in any discipline Related Experience:

  • 2-3
    years’ experience in any back office, SOP/DTP driven process • Experience in food service distribution
    preferred but not mandatory.
  • Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.What are we looking for?   • Detail orientation •Ability to establish strong client relationship Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent written
    and verbal communication skills • Must possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills - ability to
    prioritize workload, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
  • Intermediate computer skills,
    including generating simple letters, data entry, etc. Prior knowledge of CRM tools and/or telephone systems
    a plus.
  • Ability to learn proprietary US Foods systems Order management etc.
    Working knowledge of
    Microsoft Office suite and Outlook required • Must be a quick learner and come up with process
    improvement ideas • Team player who collaborates well with others.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight,
    demonstrating business maturity in conduct of daily activities.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to learn new processes and technology while working in a changing environment. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through
    precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and
    direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and
    detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You
    will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please
    note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
