What would you do? The role of Creative Studio Visual Designer involves creating captivating layouts and visual elements to engage users across various digital channels. Leveraging their expertise in visual design and user experience, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling creative solutions as per the requirements.

Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for various digital platforms.

Translate client briefs and project requirements into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and objectives

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively and incorporating the requirements and the feedback into the design process

Create and optimize digital assets such as icons, illustrations, and infographics for use in various digital media
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.

Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet both user needs and project requirements.

Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and responsive design principles is a plus.

Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in visual design and digital media.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Note: Full time Work from Office role based in Mumbai.What are we looking for? Minimum Qualification of Graduate (12+3) and degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience with visualization tools and software for prototyping and motion graphics,

4+ years’ experience as a visual designer, preferably in a digital agency or design studio.
Possess outstanding attention to detail and can convey the core message of the task in hand

Consistently demonstrate professionalism and possess the knowledge of different technical visual formats

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end web technologies is a plus
Contributes to the creation of visually engaging and user-centric designs that effectively communicate messages and achieve project objectives.

Possess strong technical skills Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, CorelDRAW

Excellent English verbal & written communication skills

Self-motivation and the ability to work under aggressive timeline is must

Ability to shift project priorities quickly & change in design direction

Autonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected.

• Flexibility to work in work shifts or shifts as required Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
