Job Summary:As part of the Data Governance team you are responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. By identifying patterns, trends, and correlations, you will transform raw data into actionable insights. They create visual representations of their findings, such as charts and dashboards, to make the data easily understandable. Additionally, you need to prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders, collaborating with different teams to address their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities: Data Collection and Cleaning: Gathering data from various sources and ensuring its accuracy by cleaning and preparing it for analysis.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Using statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends and supporting informed decision-making.
Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable.
Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, influencing policy and decision-making processes.
Collaboration: Working with other teams or groups to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights
Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously drive process improvements across multiple workstreams, including lease abstraction data management, exception handling, and SAP ReFX update processes.
Program Operations Management: Oversee and manage the administrative and day-to-day operations of assigned business programs.
Change Management & Communications: Plan and execute communication and change management strategies to successfully introduce, implement, and sustain programs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Create & managing financial & modeling & manage finance data.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of tools that uses data visualization software such as Windows, Tableau or Power BI.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Communication Skills: Effectively presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and developing data-driven solutions.
