Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.
• Mentor junior professionals in understanding business architecture principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional, Open Link Endur.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Open Link Endur.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to create detailed business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
