Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the applications you work on are innovative and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
