Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and adapting strategies to align with project goals while maintaining effective communication across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with data modeling and database design.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA architecture and development tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing ABAP code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
