What you'll be doing

As a senior member of Halfspace’s Strategy & Execution team, you’ll lead strategic conversations, and guide organisations to harness the power of AI to drive real business impact. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, define AI roadmaps and strategies, and ensure successful implementation of AI and data-driven initiatives.

Beyond leading strategic discussions, you understand that AI does not stand alone. It operates within an ecosystem of data platforms, engineering capabilities, model development, system integration, governance, organizational adoption etc. You can navigate and connect these components to ensure that AI initiatives move from ambition to scalable implementation.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, digital transformation, or related advisory roles.

You are comfortable operating in senior stakeholder environments and can elevate conversations from technical dimensions to strategic implications of using AI within a given area. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and can turn insights into action.

You bring:

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic client discussions and influence executive stakeholders

• Strong commercial acumen and structured problem-solving capabilities

• Experience shaping digital, AI, or data strategies at enterprise level

• A solid understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem

• Proven track record of driving complex initiatives from strategy to implementation

• Clear and persuasive communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Technical depth in AI or data is an advantage - but your core strength lies in understanding how the full AI ecosystem fits together and translating it into business value, ensuring execution that delivers measurable and scalable impact.
