About the Role:
We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to lead Compensation and Compensation Administration activities for Argentina. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of compensation services, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to support talent and workforce strategies.
The ideal candidate brings strong compensation expertise in the local market, a data‑driven mindset, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights for senior stakeholders. This role offers regular exposure to leadership and the opportunity to work collaboratively with global rewards experts.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of Compensation and Compensation Administration services for Argentina, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.

Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation‑related topics and decisions.

Design, implement, and maintain compensation programs, policies, and processes aligned with business and talent strategies.

Conduct internal and external market analysis to ensure pay programs are competitive, equitable, and sustainable.

Use data and analytics to support decision‑making and solve complex compensation challenges.

Prepare and present clear, compelling insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and ways of working within rewards.

Collaborate with global rewards teams and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and share best practices.
What You Bring:

Solid experience in compensation and rewards, with direct exposure to the Argentina market.

Strong understanding of compensation strategy and program design.

Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.

Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas required; macro knowledge is a plus).

Ability to clearly communicate complex or technical information to non‑technical audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on compensation and rewards.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
