Summary:

We are seeking a Data Center Simulation Consultant to design, simulate, and optimize power, cooling, and performance systems using ETAP, 6SigmaDCX, and NVIDIA simulation platforms (Omniverse, AIR, Modulus). The role focuses on developing digital twins and predictive models to enhance reliability, sustainability, and operational efficiency of Tier III–IV data centers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Model and simulate electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems (UPS, PDUs, switchgear, chillers) using ETAP and NVIDIA AIR / Modulus.
-Conduct load flow, short-circuit, protection, and fault-tolerance analyses ensuring uptime and redundancy compliance.
-Integrate NVIDIA Omniverse for immersive 3D visualization of digital twin environments and system performance analytics.
-Perform PUE and energy optimization simulations, leveraging AI for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
-Fuse simulation results with BMS, SCADA, and IoT data for real-time validation and model refinement.
-Simulate “what-if” and contingency scenarios for grid disturbances and dynamic load restoration.
-Collaborate with facility and IT stakeholders to correlate simulation insights with live operational data.
-Support sustainability and decarbonization assessments through AI-driven simulation frameworks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have skills:
-Hands-on experience with ETAP, NVIDIA AIR / Modulus / Omniverse, and 6SigmaDCX or Icepak.
-Strong understanding of electrical power networks, redundancy design (N+1/2N), and thermal performance modeling.
-Proficiency in Python / MATLAB for simulation automation and data visualization.
-Familiarity with Azure Digital Twins or AWS IoT Twin Maker integration.
-Good to have skills:
-Experience in AI-driven simulation, GPU-accelerated compute, or data center digital twin development using NVIDIA technologies.

Additional Info:
-Candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience.
-This position is based at Bengaluru and Pune location.
