By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 18:00 PM, in a hybrid setup from our offices in Bucharest or Brasov. We also welcome national hires across Romania, who will work in a fully remote setup.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake calls with hiring managers to offer stage.

• Perform phone screenings, interview candidates, and ensure high-quality candidate interactions;

• Draft and post job descriptions across various recruitment channels;

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and stakeholders;

• Contribute to recruitment reports, process improvements, and general administrative tasks.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good level of English (B2) & Italian (C1);

• No prior experience is required. However, a few months of experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage;

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);

• Strong organizational skills, with capacity to handle multiple requisitions and shifting priorities;

• Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities;

• Bachelor's Degree may be needed.
