Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery within the Wholesale Banking and Credit Risk domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of complex projects or programs to meet defined business outcomes.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including business, technology, and external partners.

• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive resolution.

• Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Proven experience managing projects related to Wholesale Banking,Credit Risk, or Financial Transformation.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
