Responsibilties:

• Functional Analysis:Gather and analyze business requirements.
  Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
  Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
  Perform gap analyses and recommend improvements.
• Maintain functional documentation.
• Testing & QA**:**Develop and execute test plans (system, integration, UAT, regression).
  Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure quality standards.
• Support UAT and facilitate user sign-off.
• Project Support**:**Assist in deployments and post-go-live support.
  Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning).
  Contribute to effort estimation and timelines.
  Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.

Specialist/Team Lead (3–4+ Years of Experience):

Mandatory:

• Healthcare industry experience and/or SAP

• Prior experience managing large scale projects and resolving complex issues.

• Hands-on Experience in SQL, debugging with minimal guidance

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience

• Decent job tenure

• Analyst

• Senior Analyst (
  Mandatory:

• Hands-on Experience in SQL, BA/Functional Testing, debugging

Good to have:
