WORK YOU’LL DO:

As part of Data & AI practice, you will formulate real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and Machine Learning products. There will never be a typical day and you will continuously learn and grow. The opportunities to make a difference within exciting client initiatives are unlimited in the ever-changing technology landscape. You will be part of a global team of data scientists, data engineers, and experts in AI & ML, who are highly collaborative taking on today’s biggest, most complex business challenges across a range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a technical team of 5-8 people and provide guidance to explore and implement new data methodologies, model building techniques, cutting-edge algorithms, and operationalization frameworks to solve real-world problems

• Establish deep understanding and ability to remain at the forefront of AI and foundation models (with a focus on driving innovation by applying these techniques to new business problems, use cases, and scenarios)

• Justify the value of innovative AI or traditional Machine Learning approaches (or a combination of both) in the business problems, constructing methodologies that clearly demonstrate their value

• Work collaboratively with teams (onshore and/or offshore) from both the business and technical side, including business owners, engineers, architects, and UI designers, to achieve end-to-end project development goals

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• BSc and MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or related science field from a well-established University

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven working experience in AI & ML areas, leading a team of 5-8 people

• Solid theoretical and hands-on knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, foundation models, NLP and/or Computer vision

• Proficiency in AI & ML scripting (such as Python) and Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn)

• Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to communicate results effectively and explain technical methodologies in non-technical audience

• Experience with Cloud Technologies (MS Azure, GCP, AWS)

Considered a plus (not a prerequisite):

• Understanding of ML lifecycle and hands-on experience with ML Ops

• Experience in SQL and interpretation of large databases (via tools such as Hive, Spark, Ni Fi, HBASE, HDFS, Kafka, Kudu would be an asset)

• Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Experience in

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools

• Experience in sales and business development

• Ability to work as a team player in multinational project teams

• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
