Your Role:
As a (Senior) Manager in Insurance, you will:
- Design and implement high-value solutions: lead the charge in creating innovative solutions that help our clients reinvent their business models and operations.

What You’ll Need
- A strong academic background (MSc. Diploma).
- 8-11 years of experience in the insurance industry within a strategy consulting capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry, including traditional processes and business models, and transformation towards data, digital, and ecosystems.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in various aspects of project delivery (market analysis, strategy and business model assessment, process development, and transformation execution).
- Passion and drive to build teams and business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch & English).
