Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define AI/GenAI strategy for OT/IT integration, predictive manufacturing, and safety.
• Govern AI programs across plants.
• Participate and lead in shaping AI-driven digital manufacturing thought leadership.
• Drive co-innovation with partners (NVIDIA, Intel, Siemens).

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have Skills:

• Leadership in AI/ML/GenAI for manufacturing.
• Time-series ML for OT/IT integration.
• Computer vision for quality/safety.
• GenAI copilots for shop floor documentation.
• Multi-agent orchestration for plant optimization.
• Edge/cloud AI deployment with compliance.
• Edge & Cloud AI expertise.

Good to Have Skills:

• MES, SCADA, PLCs.
• Manufacturing processes (discrete & process).
• Industry standards (ISA-95/88, OPC UA, MQTT).
• Domain expertise in CPG, pharma, auto, industrials.

• A BTech/BE is required.
