Project Role Description: Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze and design innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, ensuring that the documentation you create effectively guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will actively participate in user and task analysis, representing the business needs to ensure that the solutions developed align with functional requirements. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that drives efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as an SME in S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.
Support Data Migration and Cutover activities.
Lead and guide the team, making key decisions.
Collaborate across teams to provide effective solutions.
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Expertise in S/4HANA SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
Strong knowledge in ARM, aATP, Advanced Intercompany Process, VC/AVC, JIT/JIS.
Good understanding of Settlement Management, VMS, and Warranty.
Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
Excellent communication across business and technical teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:

Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SD.
Role os based in Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
