Project Role Description: Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, your typical day involves translating client requirements into innovative and practical solutions. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and leverage your expertise to design solutions that are not only feasible but also aligned with the client's business objectives. Collaboration with sales and delivery teams is essential, as you work together to create compelling proposals that highlight the value of your solutions. Your role will also require you to stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure that the solutions you propose are cutting-edge and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and their architectural implications.
• Experience in designing scalable and resilient systems.
• Proficiency in integrating various technologies and platforms to create cohesive solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
