Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitating the transition to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in strategic discussions, provide insights on security best practices, and ensure that the security measures are effectively integrated into the overall cloud strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of cloud security protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented security measures and recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance.
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience in risk assessment and management related to cloud environments.
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery planning.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
