Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Gerenciar um grande volume de campanhas de publicidade digital, mantendo relacionamentos com os anunciantes e garantindo que seus objetivos estejam sendo alcançados.
  • Reter e aumentar a receita dentro da sua carteira de clientes.
  • Compreender os objetivos de negócios dos nossos parceiros e transformar dados em histórias envolventes e insights acionáveis para ajudá-los a ter sucesso.
  • Ter profundo conhecimento dos produtos e soluções de anúncios para oferecer as melhores recomendações aos anunciantes.
  • Acompanhar, analisar e comunicar internamente e aos parceiros as principais métricas quantitativas e tendências de negócios.
  • Realizar upsell, cross-sell, otimização de campanhas e ativação de contas existentes e novas.
  • Construir e gerenciar relacionamentos com clientes por meio de abordagens proativas (ligações outbound | e-mails) e garantir reuniões regulares de acompanhamento.

Qualificações Básicas:

  • Mínimo de 1,5 anos de experiência em ciclo completo de vendas, com foco em empresas. Experiência recente como Account Manager Seller, responsável por gerenciar uma carteira de clientes, cultivar relacionamentos e realizar upselling consultivo.
  • Experiência com mídia digital.
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação escrita, verbal e em apresentações.

Qualificações Preferenciais:

  • Diploma de bacharelado.
  • Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência em marketing digital, gerenciando campanhas em qualquer plataforma de anúncios online.
  • Conhecimento das últimas tendências em marketing e publicidade online.
  • Habilidade interpessoal para comunicar-se e fomentar relacionamentos comerciais positivos.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e de geração de relatórios.
  • Experiência com sistemas de CRM e capacidade de extrair insights de vendas/processos/técnicos a partir de conversas com clientes.
  • Experiência com Excel, Salesforce e Google Workspace (incluindo Gmail).
