We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations(SCM)**Consultant **to join our Business & Technology Integration team and support a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to analyze SCM processes, shape the target solution, and guide key decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements across core SCM areas (procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, planning).

• Analyze current‑state supply chain processes and design future‑state functional models aligned with Dynamics 365 SCM capabilities.

• Act as a subject‑matter expert for SCM and support solution design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.

• Support data‑related activities such as mapping, validation and readiness (without being the lead for migration).

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and end‑user trainings to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.

• Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support system testing and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful end‑to‑end process integration.

• Provide guidance during deployment and stabilization to secure a smooth transition to the new solution.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on ERP transformation projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM.

• Strong expertise in requirements analysis, SCM process design, process mapping, and facilitating structured decision‑making across stakeholder groups.

• Solid facilitation, analytical, and communication skills, including experience running workshops and guiding business users through the implementation lifecycle.

• Strong teamwork capability and the ability to work independently when needed.

• Language requirements**: Czech & English fluent,**German is advantage.
