Claims Services involves managing and processing insurance claims from start to finish. This includes verifying claim details, assessing damages, and determining coverage. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. Responsibilities include communicating with claimants, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining detailed records. This role is essential for providing support and satisfaction to policyholders.

• Business solutions that support the healthcare claim function, leveraging a knowledge of the processes and systems to receive, edit, price, adjudicate, and process payments for claims.**What are we looking for?**Freshers Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor
• In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
• The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
