Summary:

As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards while adhering to budget constraints. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes to drive project success and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools.
• Ability to analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
