Summary:

Experienced professional with strong leadership in managing security initiatives, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in implementing and enhancing Service Now GRC, with hands-on expertise in scripting, audits, and risk frameworks. Adept at translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and leading RFP processes. Demonstrates strategic planning, team mentoring, and stakeholder engagement across regulated industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with managers to determine security needs.
• Project handling and team management capability
• Planning and implementing comprehensive organization strategies.
• Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
• Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
• Collaborating & coordinating responses with other capabilities within organization.
• Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
• Capable to produce technical design and effort estimation for RFP's & request proposal to match clients requirements/expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area
• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using Service Now Platform technology and tools.
• Strong Knowledge in Service Now Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes,
• Candidate must have work experience of at least one area of GRC implementation over an application.
• Must be proficient with GRC terminologies, test controls, audits, business continuity, Third party risk assessments.
• Ability to interact with customers, understand, transform & implement/enhance requirements & support implementation.
• Knowledge of Security incident, Vulnerability response, Threat intelligence.
• Proficient with product line : Service Now GRC, RSA Archer, One Trust, Metric Stream, Open Pages.
• Strong Knowledge in Service Now Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
• Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Energy, etc.)

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
