Client & Project:

We are seeking a highly experienced Leader to oversee the end-to-end implementation and management of S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management for a greenfield private rise project. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with our client a global leader in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management for a greenfield private rise project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a Technology Consulting Practitioner, advising, leading, and driving high-impact activities across the systems development lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic IT advisory, leveraging subject matter expertise to influence stakeholders, shape solutions, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive global template that standardises processes across multiple regions and business units, balancing standardisation with localisation needs.
  • Oversee system integration with several external applications, ensuring seamless data flows and eliminating manual processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to align on goals, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge transfer and team capabilities.
  • Analyse and optimise finance and controlling business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP EWM(Extended Warehouse Management).
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP IM(Inventory Management).
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Design.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex global template initiatives.
  • Ability to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, providing solutions that scale across functions.
  • Strong advisory and influencing skills, with the ability to provide direction at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Industry knowledge in industrial and automotive sectors is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a global consulting or technology leadership role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Track record of successfully leading greenfield or private rise SAP S/4HANA implementations.
