Summary:

Service Now GRC specialist with experience in platform customization, scripting, and integrations. Skilled in implementing workflows, developing scoped applications, and configuring Service Portals, Flow Designer, and Knowledge Base. Proficient in translating business needs into technical solutions, with a strong grasp of SDLC and REST/SOAP integrations. Holds relevant certifications and demonstrates strong communication and client engagement skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

-• Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of Service Now GRC Platform.

• Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the Service Now platform (e.g., GRC, Sec Ops)
• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using Service Now Platform technology and tools.
• Strong Knowledge in Service Now Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
• Integration of Service Now with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms
• ss Hands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services.
• Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service Portal
• Good Knowledge on Flow Designer Configurations and Integration Hub.
• Hands on experience in Scoped Application development with Studio.
• Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades.
• Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations.
• Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Service Now GRC implementation
• Service Now certifications
• Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus
• Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer, Metric Stream, Bwise is a plus
• Very good communication and customer management skills
• Excellent command of English (verbal/written)

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
