Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Manager Identity Services with strong hands-on and delivery experience in Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). This role is responsible for day-to-day service delivery, technical oversight, and team coordination to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant identity and certificate services across enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identity & Directory Services Operations
  -Manage operations of On Prem Active Directory including domain services, GPOs, trusts, DNS, and AD security hardening.
  -Oversee Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity lifecycle, authentication, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
  -Support and govern hybrid identity configurations (AAD Connect / Cloud Sync).
  -Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  -Manage enterprise PKI environments including Root and Issuing CAs.
  -Oversee certificate lifecycle management: issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiration monitoring.
  -Support SSL/TLS certificates for servers, applications, and devices.
  -Service Delivery & Governance
  -Own end to end service delivery for AD, Entra ID, and PKI services in line with SLAs and OLAs.
  -Act as an escalation point for complex identity and certificate-related incidents.
  -Participate in service reviews, operational governance, and stakeholder meetings.
  -Team & Stakeholder Coordination
  -Guide and support a team of identity engineers and administrators.
  -Coordinate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
  -Support onboarding of applications and users into Entra ID and PKI services.
  -Security, Risk & Compliance
  -Ensure identity and PKI controls align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
  -Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
  -Maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational documentation.
  -Change, Automation & Improvement
  -Review and approve changes related to identity and certificate services.
  -Drive automation using PowerShell, Azure-native tools, and scripts where applicable.
  -Identify opportunities for process optimization and service improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 10 plus years of experience in Identity and Directory Services.
  -Strong hands-on experience with:
  -Active Directory (AD)
  -Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  -PKI / Certificate Management
  -Experience managing hybrid identity environments.
  -Good understanding of identity security concepts, authentication, and authorization.
  -Experience with conditional access, identity protection, and privileged access.
  -Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell).
  -Microsoft certifications (AZ104, SC300) or PKI-related certifications.
  -Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 plus years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
