Project Role Description: Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to build and deploy agentic systems leveraging LLMs and autonomous task execution. The role involves developing intelligent AI agents that perform reasoning, planning, and goal-directed behaviors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intelligent AI agents using LLM frameworks such as Lang Chain, Auto Gen, or AWS Agent Squad.
• Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) for task-specific applications
• Integrate tools, APIs, and external systems into agent workflows for enhanced functionality
• Implement context handling, memory modules, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Develop robust backend systems for real-time agent inference and data processing
• Monitor, evaluate, and iteratively improve agent behavior, output quality, and latency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI capabilities

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, research-oriented environments
• 4-8 years in AI/ML or software engineering, with 1–2 years working directly on GenAI or autonomous agents
• Proficiency in Python with experience in ML/AI libraries such as Py Torch or Tensor Flow
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude), prompt engineering, and embeddings
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone) and RAG pipelines
• Experience in using Lang Chain, Auto Gen, or similar agentic frameworks
• Exposure to Docker, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS)

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning.
• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
