Change Management - Manager (Talent & Organisation)

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in a consulting environment who are looking to build their capability across a broad range of transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of organisational change and transformation programs

• Assist in developing change management plans (stakeholder engagement, communications, training)

• Conduct analysis, research, and insights to support client deliverables

• Prepare client-ready presentations and materials

• Participate in workshops and stakeholder engagements

• Contribute to project planning and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

About You

• Experience in a consulting firm (e.g. Big 4, Tier 2, or boutique consulting) OR relevant industry experience in transformation programs

• Exposure to change management, HR transformation, or organisational design

• Foundational understanding of change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, PROSCI)

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced consulting environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability

• High attention to detail with ability to produce client-ready outputs

• A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
