The Total Rewards Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Global Compensation team, supporting the implementation of AI-based tools and production of data driven insights that inform our global pay and market intelligence strategies. This role requires analytical capability, attention to detail, and proficiency in data visualization tools to support decision-making across Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets using Power BI and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights in compensation, pay movements, and market positioning.

Assist with Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support leadership and HR stakeholders.

Conduct analyses on pay competitiveness, market movement, and internal positioning to support compensation program design and pay decisions.

Support ad hoc benchmarking, modeling, and reporting to enable data-informed total rewards strategies.

Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation technology and data tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation within the rewards function.

Qualifications

Experience in data analysis using Excel.

Experience in data analysis using Power BI and Python preferred.

Demonstrated experience with compensation surveys.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
