Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, providing guidance to your team members, and engaging in problem-solving activities to enhance application performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for making key decisions that impact the project and the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Continuously assess and improve team processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Strong understanding of compensation management principles and practices.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret compensation data to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with integration processes and data migration within Workday.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
