Project Role Description: Defines technology transformation, strategies and capabilities including north star and target blueprints. Designs the roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects (ex., infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process).

Summary:

As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will be responsible for defining technology transformation strategies and capabilities. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design comprehensive roadmaps that guide the organization towards its target state. You will analyze current systems and processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and processes. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the strategies you develop are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to technology strategies and roadmaps.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of technology transformation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing technology roadmaps.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
