Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing any challenges that arise, and contributing to the overall enhancement of the applications you work on. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing systems and implementing new features, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of clients and adheres to best practices in software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.
- Experience with data transformation and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to data engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in data pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
