What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.

  • Generate clear and functional reports Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

    The DPM is the professional responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers, interacting with several project managers and their respective projects, tracking duties and deliverables. As part of his role the DPM has to focus on create strong and long-terms customer relationships acting as the bridge between the client and our operational delivery teams. The DPM governance is across all areas of their services including incident and change management always with the main goal to improve the customer satisfaction ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
