Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and maintaining network environments and working on network implementation projects. Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls is required, along with familiarity with cloud platforms. Manage team of network engineers across regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to develop network strategies.
• Should know how to lead and deliver network engagements across different implementation approaches including exceptional understanding of client business processes.
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Document network configurations and procedures.
• Should know how to lead business case creation for network design to implementation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to tools, practices, and maturity
• Identify Automation possibilities and drive automation projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Expertise in at least two areas: switching, routing, or SDWAN, Wireless, Load balancer, working knowledge of the others.
• Production network monitoring experience required (lab-only experience not accepted)
