• A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.What are we looking for? • Experience in HR data analysis, MySQL
• HR Domain Understanding – prior experience in HR Analytics or Talent Acquisition is an advantage
• Business Acumen – ability to align analytics with business goals and workforce strategies
• Strong Communication Skills – articulate data insights clearly through presentations and reports
• Proactive & Independent Contributor – capable of handling tasks independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with offshore teams is preferred. Collaborate effectively with other team members while involved in multiple work streams
• VBA, Power BI or visualization and reporting tool
• Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations Roles and Responsibilities: • Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies. Understand business problems from leads, assist them in report generation and maintenance
• Programming & Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantage
• HR Analytics & Business Strategy: Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technology
• Proof of Concept Development: Handle data with minimal intervention, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client business
• Collaboration: Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
