Project Role Description: Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:

As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes that enhance user interactions with software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are harmoniously integrated. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback to continuously improve user experience, while also managing the balance between innovation and practicality in your solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
