Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain operational excellence. Your role will also require you to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies to improve service delivery and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
• Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze and interpret system performance metrics.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• This position is based at our Nagpur office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
